Property Administrator: Minkoff Development Corporation (“MDC”), a third generation, family-owned business, focuses on the development of commercial properties (industrial, flex, office, retail) for its own portfolio in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. MDC is a vertically integrated company that is responsible for all aspects of its properties, including ownership, development, general contracting, leasing, and property management. MDC is over 45 years old and operates its business by approaching real estate with a personal perspective.Minkoff Development is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer service based individual to assist Minkoff Development in the management of all aspects of property management including operational, financial, tenant service, and administrative duties for commercial property.Responsibilities: Process documents for signature via DocuSign.
Organization & filing of operational documents, proposals, bids, contracts, etc.
Procure and manage tenant COI’s.
Assist with property service contracts.
Help coordinate key/card access.
Assist in compiling monthly financial reports.
Process monthly/quarterly utility meter readings.
Assist with data collection, entry and reporting.
Assist sending out tenant communications via e-mail or Constant Contact.
Assist in the tenant move-in/move-out process.
Assists in coordination and processing of maintenance service tickets.
Assists in coordinating with Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of tenant monthly statements and collection of payments.

Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task with a customer focused approach
Detail oriented
Positive attitude and ability to effectively listen to co-workers and respond to their requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with SAGE 300, Constant Contact, Docusign and VTS a plus
Relevant work experience in commercial property management
Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States of America

Job Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)

Schedule:Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:Bonus pay
