The position of VP Records and Document Management is a key technology role both from a tactical and strategic perspective. This leader will need to be able to operate with a high degree of effectiveness.
Lead a team of 10+ individuals
Interact with technology and business leaders from the AVP to EVP level in the operational of the existing suite of 4 key capabilities and further 20+ applications that comprise this Records and Document Management suite of technology capabilities
Partner with the same group of key technology and business stakeholders in setting strategic direction for these technology capabilities
Develop cloud transformation strategy for product. Also, design, develop, and implement a strategic roadmap that seeks to support LPL’s document processing requirements, including sentiment analysis; OCR; using such techniques to design and build straight through processing workflows that drastically reduce the need for human in the loop and also dramatically increase efficiency.
What are we looking for?

Strong knowledge of industry tools required, including OpenText products (Documentum and InfoArchive), Intellistor, and Box.
3+ years of success leading a technology team in the Records & Document management space
6+ years of success in a career in technology, especially demonstrating the ability to think creatively and take solutions from ideation through delivery.
Able to partner with dozens of application teams who rely on the services of the Records and Document management team.
Experience delivering high-quality solutions to external deadlines and/or strategic roll-out dates.
Able to successfully interact with business and IT partners to the EVP/CIO level
Able to successfully lead and guide a highly motivated team of technologists
BA in Computer Science
3+ years in the Financial Services industry
