Half Price FlooringWe are looking for Money Making Sales Agents!!Willing to work the mandatory 50-60 work weeks!!What are we looking for: Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing friendly, organized person with initiative wanted for fast-growing store selling all types of flooring. No flooring or sales experience necessary; what's necessary is good listening, conversation, customer service, presenting, "good with numbers", and phone skills. Our goal is to provide you training and tools for success, and we want this to be the last job you ever have. We never want to burn you out, but the longer and harder you work, the more you will earn and succeed. "Hard work" here means: not sitting around waiting for customers to arrive; it means receiving and making phone calls as necessary, or networking with people, or seeking out and visiting customers around town at times, "being a go-getter". The "easy part" here is: we have the largest inventory and lowest prices in town, so our products largely sell themselves, and our work environment is clean, comfortable, and positive (you won't either stand or be hectic all day); but the better you get at "sales" and "our type of hard work", the more you will earn!Responsibilities: Use scripts, natural ability, and knowledge & skills you gain to provide information about product benefits, features, pricing, project costs, etc.
Ask numerous pertinent questions to fully understand customers' needs.
Persuade customers to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their needs.
Record customers' information accurately on paperwork and using our software.
Keep record of calls, sales, and other useful information.
Make and receive numerous phone calls with customers, other companies, product representatives, and vendors. (Number of calls and talk time are not necessarily measured.)
Drive safely when occasionally delivering samples and product information to customers.

Pay: $1000 per week with commission/bonus potential.Goal: Sales Account Managers to make 100-180k based on structure.Benefits: Health BenefitsSkills / Requirements: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is MANDATORY.
Reliable transportation; we respect our teammates and cooperate regarding punctuality and attendance!
Track record of excellent customer service and the ability to be a high-performing salesperson as you gain skills and experience.
Good computer skills; you will use software often for sales ordering and processing.
Very accurate typing and data entry; speed is not important.
Perfect English in-person and via phone to communicate flawlessly regarding occasionally complex customer, vendor, product, ordering, shipping, and workplace issues.
Bilingual conversation skills are a plus!!!
Flexibility; skilled in negotiation and dealing with occasional difficult people and unexpected situations.
Getting and staying organized.
Following up and finishing projects.
Being humble, teachable, and eager and proactive in learning and growing as a person.
