Job Description: This role exists to help support the Inventory Processing Team manage dispute inventory. This role will work with the Dispute Specialist and Inventory Processing Manager to ensure that inventory is disputed correctly, timely, and in accordance with processes that are in place. This role will also help support other inventory processes to keep inventory within our systems as accurate as possible. Responsibilities: Amazon Shipment Check-Ins- reconcile inventory in SC and Platform. Obtain necessary documents needed to dispute- work with logistics department
Report any trends to Inventory Processing Manager


PO Aging Report assistance. Keep report up to date
Report any trends to Inventory Processing Manager


Assist Disputes Specialist in the handling of all dispute inventory Extra, missing, damage, etc.
Repackage units as needed
Ensure disputed inventory makes it to its end disposition


Work with other HUB departments to improve inventory flow through the warehouse. Reverse Logistics, D2C, and other HUB staff


Work with Dispute Specialist to improve processes within our system.
Monitor Unfulfillable inventory and create cases or remove inventory as needed. Ensure cases are created and necessary stakeholders are informed


Assist with the resolution of stranded PO’s and provide removal order support as needed. Make sure necessary Stakeholders are informed and a case is created.


Shopify PlatformAssist with employee orders as needed.
Ensure accurate inventory within the Disputes area.
Conduct weekly cycle counts.

Qualifications: Must be reliable and want to do the right thing
Must be able to take direction from multiple stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
