Lead Data Entry Specialist
Tridant Solutions is seeking multiple Data Entry Specialists to support our team.

The Lead Data Entry Specialist provides administrative support to the regional offices.
DUTIES: Create electronic folders Add new folders in the electronic filing system(s)


Upload documents in electronic filing system(s) Add new documents to electronic filing system(s)


Enter data in Federal (e.g., Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)), in DoD, and in Navy systems
Enter data from awards, modifications, vouchers, interim and final reports, or other documents in post-award system
Review and ensure data entries are accurate in system(s)


Prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to duties
Track tasks
Prepare email correspondence and attach documentation as necessary. Examples may include: Responding to inquiries
Requesting files and/or data
Distributing various award documents
Proactively identifying awards that can be closed and notifying the appropriate contact
Proactively identifying awards with missing documents, acceptances and notifying the appropriate contact
Help identify awards with missing final report acceptances and help track down the missing acceptances


Draft administrative modifications in award writing system and Microsoft Word, primarily de-obligation funding actions
Assist with other administrative projects and tasks as assigned to support the office


***EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD***
REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year of data entry experience
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Communicate effectively
Must be able to pass a National Agency Check (NAC)
High school diploma or equivalent education
Must have access to a phone and reliable high-speed internet.


Location and Hours: Location: Off-Site/Remote (with reliable internet and phone). Will be provided a laptop.
Travel may be required.
Hours: 8:00 –5:00, Monday – Friday, every weekday excluding holidays.
