Behavior Technician Trainees implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs with CARD patients and families under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Treatment plans are designed to address skill acquisition as well as challenging behavior reduction, and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth. This is an hourly, non-exempt, part-time position.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Eager, energetic, and passionate individual who want to make a difference in their career and their clients’ lives· Passion for working with children· High school diploma or equivalent· Reliable transportation to and from work· Availability at least 15 hours per week (Weekdays Mon-Fri between 8:00 am-8:00 pm and weekends if needed)PERKS AND BENEFITS

The CARD Behavior Technician will be trained to work with children and teens with exceptional needs and their families/caregivers.
