We are looking for a Managed Services Coordinator who will be responsible for working with the Managed Services department to maintain the quality of workflow/operations processes on a day-to-day basis. This role will also help to deliver reports and other information needed for the Managed Services team. Who You Are: You have a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
You have at least 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment..
You have a customer-first orientation and the ability to communicate effectively.

What You're Accountable For: Managing the extended hours support program including creating and updating teams, scheduling resources, communicating the schedule internally, and answering service requests.
Assisting with field resource scheduling, changes, and communication internally and externally.
Creating & modifying dashboards in BrightGauge along with managing team member access and uploading data to the platform.
Utilizing data from multiple platforms to report on business and department performance.
Answering incoming IT support calls as a failover point to triage requests and facilitate resolution.
Auditing client configuration in our systems, facilitating and documenting issue resolution.
Providing first level support for user account configuration questions from the Sales & Finance teams.
Working closely with Finance to ensure proper client financial configuration in ConnectWise.
Assisting Team Leads in approving timesheets for the service teams as needed.
Overseeing the certification program for service teams and maintaining reports.
Assisting with training employees on proper timesheet entries and completion.
Enforcing standards for client documentation in IT Glue. Auditing IT Glue for missing documentation and facilitating resolution.
Providing excellent customer service during each interaction with clients and internal team members.
